How We Ship

All NuroLyft™ orders are processed through our trusted international fulfillment partner and dispatched from our global distribution center. Each order is securely packed to ensure product safety and quality during transit.

We currently deliver to most major cities and regions worldwide. Orders are shipped via tracked international courier services, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s journey every step of the way.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation. During promotional periods, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics delays, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed by email once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

Average delivery timeframes vary by region and logistics conditions.
For major cities in Pakistan, delivery usually takes 14–16 days from dispatch.
However, this estimate can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as:

- Local customs or clearance delays

Shipping Costs

As part of our ongoing launch promotions, we’re currently offering free worldwide shipping on eligible orders.
From time to time, free shipping may continue for limited campaigns — however, it is not a permanent entitlement and may be revised or discontinued without prior notice. Any applicable shipping charges (if reintroduced) will always be displayed transparently at checkout before you confirm payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this link to follow your package’s progress until it reaches you. Please allow up to 5 business days after dispatch for tracking updates to appear, as initial scans may take time to sync through international carriers.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel appears delayed or lost in transit:

If no movement is recorded after 10 business days, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number so we can investigate.

We’ll liaise directly with our shipping partners to locate your parcel or arrange a suitable resolution in line with our terms.

Please ensure you provide a delivery address in Pakistan where someone is available during business hours to receive the parcel. If no one is present, the courier may return it to the local post office or depot, and redelivery may require additional time.

Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or via a pre-cleared e-commerce channel whenever possible, minimizing additional fees for customers. In rare cases, if your local customs authority imposes additional import duties, taxes, or clearance charges, these remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Shipping policies, rates, and eligible regions may change from time to time as we expand our logistics network. Any updates will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.



8. REFUND AND MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Before requesting a refund, you should take your nootropics as directed on the label until the container is empty. Assess your results but please note that for best results, all supplements should be used in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle, including a healthy diet and regular exercise. Please also note that refunds are only given on one container – if you open more than one container of the same product you cannot claim a refund on the additional containers. 

Because NuroLyft™ is a consumable product, refunds and guarantees are limited to the specific terms below.

A. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a refund within 30 days of finishing one (1) container of NuroLyft™, only if:

You have consumed the product as directed on the label;

- You experienced no noticeable benefit whatsoever; and

- You are a first-time customer using one single container. Refunds are only given on one container – if you open more than one container of the same product you cannot claim a refund on the additional containers. 

- This guarantee is valid once per person and once per household.


It does not apply to:

- Repeat purchases, bundles, or subscriptions (even partial orders);
- Multiple containers or re-orders;
- Requests submitted beyond 30 days from completion; or
- Customers who previously received a refund under any policy.


If approved, the refund will equal the purchase price paid. Shipping costs (actual or included portion, e.g. USD $10 from a USD $79 order) are non-refundable.

B. Adverse Reaction (Side Effect) Policy

If you experience an unexpected side effect during active consumption (within 30 days of starting the supplement), you may request a one-time goodwill refund.
This refund is also limited to one per person and per household, and will exclude shipping costs.
By accepting such refund, you agree to safely discard the remaining product and confirm that it will not be consumed by you or any other person.

C. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to safety and hygiene regulations, returns or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstance.
All refund requests are processed based on evidence and declared honesty of the consumer. The Company reserves the right to require proof of purchase and may deny any claim that appears fraudulent or abusive.

D. Refund Procedure

The Company reviews claims within a reasonable timeframe and reserves the sole right to determine eligibility.


9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, or loss of income.
The Customer assumes all risks associated with the use, handling, and storage of the product, including any harm to third parties through accidental exposure or misuse.

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DAZ Ventures LLC, its officers, agents, and suppliers from any loss or expense arising from misuse, improper storage, or violation of these Terms.


10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, brand names (Nootryx™, NuroLyft™), text, and visuals are the property of DAZ Ventures LLC and protected by international law. No reproduction, resale, or modification is permitted without written authorization.


11. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for any delay or non-performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, supply-chain disruption, or government intervention.


12. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the website or purchase after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Adverse Reaction Goodwill Refund

If you experience an adverse reaction while actively consuming NuroLyft™ (within 30 days of starting use), you may contact us for a one-time refund out of goodwill. You may be asked to provide more information / evidence of the adverse reaction / side effect experienced.
You will receive the purchase price minus shipping costs.
You must agree to immediately discontinue use and safely discard any remaining capsules, ensuring they are kept out of reach of children and others.


3. Returns and Exchanges

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
Do not mail opened or used products to us.
All refund claims are handled digitally after confirmation of eligibility.

6. One-Time Limitation

Each customer or household may only claim one refund in total — whether under the 30-Day Guarantee or the Adverse Reaction policy. Future purchases (including bundles or subscriptions) are not eligible for further refunds.
